Where will my order be shipped from?
Depending on stock levels & your delivery address, orders are either fulfilled from our Australia or North America warehouse.
1. Orders to the USA/Canada will be shipped from our North American Warehouse.
2. Orders to the rest of the world are shipped from our Australian warehouse.
Why can’t I see any tracking updates?
Orders can take up to 3 days before they are processed with a tracking link.
If your tracking link does not seem to be making any updates, you can usually find more accurate real-time updates via these alternate links.
Simply enter in your tracking number to see your order status.

If it still appears stuck, please let us know via our contact page.
What currency/payment do you accept?
We accept most credit cards, debit cards & Paypal, though we don’t accept prepaid gift cards and Discover cards. If you are experiencing payment problems, it is usually a problem with the card (overdrawn or too many transactions).
Do you ship to my country?
Yes! Simply select your country in the dropdown list during checkout. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us.
Does the yoyo come with a string?
Yes, all our yoyos come with a polyester string. Though usually, strings wear out after a week of play, so we always recommend picking up some extra string from our store.
Is my yoyo responsive/unresponsive?
Every OFFSETyoyo, besides the Ascent & Plastic Cheatcode, is set up for unresponsive play only.
The Ascent & Plastic Cheatcode comes set up responsive, but comes with an upgrade kit to make it unresponsive. See our Ascent Setup Guide
What does 'B-Grade' mean?
B-Grade yoyos are classified due to minor flaws with the yoyo’s anodization or slight vibration. They do not affect the playability of the yoyo.
What size is the bearing?
Our yoyos come with size C bearings.
The Ascent is also compatible with a slim size C bearing for responsive play.
What sizes are the response pads?
All OFFSET yoyos use slim 19mm silicone yoyo response pads.
