Kindly acquaint yourself with our Shipping, warranty and returns policy before making purchases of our products. These policies will be applicable to all orders placed with us.

Free Shipping

We extend the offer of free shipping for:

  • Orders whose value is over USD$150

Standard Shipping Times

USA/Canada: 6-14 business days*

Rest of the world: 6-30 business days* (exact times are listed here)

Please note that transit times may vary and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We will always endeavour to get your order to you as quick as possible and will provide service updates where necessary.

  • Our delivery estimates should be used as a general guide only and are for metro destinations – items sent to regional and rural locations will likely take longer.
  • Items may be held longer than usual by US and overseas customs authorities for various reasons.
  • Carrier delays can occur which are outside of our control. We cannot be held responsible for these delays.

*Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Deliveries may take longer during periods of high parcel volumes such as Christmas, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as COVID outbreaks.

Fulfilment Locations

Depending on stock levels & delivery location, orders are fulfilled from either our Australia or Canada warehouse.

  1. Orders to the USA/Canada are typically shipped from our Canada warehouse.*
  2. Orders to the rest of the world are shipped from our Australia warehouse.

*Low-stock items, special orders, limited product releases, and B2B orders may be shipped from Australia instead of Canada at the sole discretion of OFFSET YOYO.

Orders can take up to 3 business days before they are processed with a tracking link.

If your tracking link does not seem to be generating any updates, you can sometimes find more accurate updates by entering the tracking number directly on the carrier's website. Alternatively, you may use the links below.

Warranty and Returns Policy

If a product is found to be faulty or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 7 days from delivery for a remedy. If approved by OFFSETyoyo, the customer can return it to OFFSETyoyo for a replacement or refund (upon supplier assessment).

Claims for the following reasons will NOT be accepted:

  1. Accidental damage arising from normal use including but not limited to scratches, dents, rust, and axle damage.
  2. Wear and tear including but not limited to worn strings, bearings, and response pads.
  3. Any damage arising from misuse, neglect or usage beyond the original intended design and manufacturer's recommended usage.
  4. Minor scratches on polished and glossy surfaces. Due to the nature of materials and finishing process, minor scratches are inevitable from normal usage and handling.
  5. Change of mind after the product has already been dispatched.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

GST & Taxes

International orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

  • Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
