What counts as a new release?
Anything we have put out recently. A yoyo stays here for its first few months, then moves to its own collection to make room for the next one. If it is on this page, it is one of the newest things we make.
Is a new release right for a beginner?
Usually not. Most of what we release first is built for competition play, and those yoyos are unresponsive, so you need to know how to bind before you buy one. Every product page says the skill level near the top. If you are starting out, the Ascent is still the one to get, and it is not going anywhere.
Are new releases pre-order or in stock?
The product page tells you. Under the price there is a line that says either in stock with a delivery window, or sold out. If a yoyo is on pre-order, the button says so and the delivery line gives the window.
Do new releases get the 60-day guarantee?
Yes. Every yoyo we sell, new or not, comes with 60 days to send it back if it is not right for you. A new release is no different.
