Giveaway Terms and Conditions

November 2025 - OUTLIER TITAN & SIGNATURE TRIO SET

1. Promoter

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is conducted by OFFSET YOYO PTY LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from 11:00 PM (AEDT) on 20 November 2025 until 12:00 AM (AEDT) on 30 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this window are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

• • Open to customers of all ages.
  • Open internationally unless otherwise restricted by local laws.
  • Void where restricted or prohibited, including jurisdictions that do not permit sweepstakes with prize elements.
  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of the Promoter are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

4.1 No Purchase Necessary

• • No purchase is required to enter or win.
  • A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
  • This Promotion includes a free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) to ensure compliance with U.S. sweepstakes laws.

4.2 Purchase Entry

• • Customers earn 1 entry for every $1 USD spent on eligible purchases made on our website during the Promotion Period.
  • Entries are calculated based on order subtotal in USD, excluding:
    • Shipping
    • Taxes
    • Discounts
  • Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or disputed will not earn points. If an order is partially refunded, points may be adjusted accordingly.

4.3 Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – Free Entry

Participants may enter the giveaway without making a purchase by submitting the AMOE form at the very bottom of this page ⬇️

AMOE Rules:

• • Each valid AMOE submission equals ten (10) entries, equivalent to a USD $10 purchase.
  • Limited to one (1) AMOE entry per person, per calendar day during the Promotion Period.
  • Entries must include all required information.
  • Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, automated, or submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.
  • We reserve the right to verify AMOE entries and void any that appear fraudulent or manipulative.
  • AMOE entries are treated equally to purchase-based entries in the prize draw.

5. Entries

• All entries—purchased or AMOE—are combined into a single pool for the winner selection.
• We reserve the right to adjust or void entries for suspected fraud, errors, or abuse of the Promotion.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following prize pack:

• • 1× OUTLIER TITAN
  • 1× Signature Trio Set, which includes:
    • 1× XENON PRIME
    • 1× OUTLIER 6
    • 1× LOGIC 2
  • Colours for all items will be pre-selected by us, and the winner cannot choose colours.
  • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner Selection

• • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on 30 November 2025.
  • The winner will be notified via the email provided during purchase or AMOE submission.
  • If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be chosen.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that we may announce winners via our website, email newsletter, or social media channels, using first name and last initial unless otherwise agreed.

9. General Conditions

• • We are not responsible for technical issues, delays, or failures related to entries or transactions.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if we believe the integrity of the Promotion has been compromised.
  • Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the Promotion will result in disqualification.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any:

• • Loss
  • Injury
  • Damage
  • Delay arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected for this Promotion will be used only for administering the Promotion and contacting winners, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
