Add Shipping Protection and if your parcel goes missing, gets stolen, or turns up damaged, we send a replacement. No arguing, no shipping the broken one back.

What it covers

• Lost in transit. Tracking stops moving for 10 days and nobody can find it.
• Stolen after delivery. Marked delivered, never reached you.
• Damaged on arrival. Send us a photo, we replace it.

What it does not cover

• Changing your mind. That is the 60-day money-back guarantee instead.
• A yoyo that stops working later. That is the 1-year warranty.
• Damage from normal play. Yoyos hit the floor, that is the sport.
• A wrong address you gave us at checkout.

How to claim

Email us your order number and, for damage, one photo. We send the replacement the same week. If the item is sold out you choose a refund or something else of the same value.

Without protection, a parcel lost by the carrier is between you and them, and most carriers cap what they pay on a low-value parcel.
