Which tier do I pick?
Pick the tier that matches the normal price of the yoyo you want covered. Buying a set? Add Care from the yoyo’s page and the right tier is picked for you.

What Care covers
- Drops, dings and hits that cause vibe
- Stripped threads, axle damage, cracked halves, competition damage
- Up to 2 approved replacements per yoyo
- Bearing replacement with no fee
If one accident causes several problems, you pay one fee.
What Care does not cover
- Factory faults. Those go under the free 1 year warranty, no fee
- Normal wear
- Scratches and scuffs that do not affect play
How a claim works
Email us your order number, photos and a short video of the yoyo. We confirm repair or replacement and the fee before you send anything. Then you ship it to us and we send it back fixed or replaced.
Care vs the free warranty
Warranty: factory faults, 1 year, free. Every OFFSET yoyo has it.
Care: accidents, 1 year, a small fee per claim. You add it.
