Upgrade Kit

Each part wears at its own pace:

• String: when it feels fuzzy, looks flat, or binds grab unevenly. Most players change it every week or two.
• Bearing: when the yoyo gets noisy, spins short, or snaps back on its own.
• Pads: when binds slip, you need a harder tug, or the pad looks flat and shiny.

String: cut the old one off, loop the new one over the axle, twist a finger loop, throw a few times to settle. Bearing: unscrew the yoyo, lift the old bearing with the remover tool, press the new one on. Pads: peel the old pad out, press the new one flat into the groove.
